I remember reading a thread here with all FAQs on selective service. We cant register online without SSN. Just go to USPS store and ask for selective service form. Leave SSN field blank and fill out...

I had those moments when I felt like quitting but thank god I didnt. I used to think I would never even consider doing something like that but all the negative thoughts really changed me

It's fairly easy to do it thorugh mail. I did it when I turned 18 and received the card after about 5 weeks.
