My passport says "Jane Smith de Washington". My work permit says "Jane Washington".
I purchased my plane ticket as "Jane Washington". I had no problem. I have flown both in state and internationally.

It took a month to get approved. Was approved from the day before until the day after I originally requested.
Example: asked for April 2-12. Approved for April 1-April 13.

An I-130 cost $420..the I-824 cost $400. A new i130 I can submit with my adjustment of status and possibly be a green card holder within 6 months. Or apply for the i-824 and wait a few months for one...
