I got a new EAD card under C09 Adjustment of status applicant. But for 1 year only.

However, it has no condition anymore like DACA.

TLDR;

Yes, you can claim to be a permeant resident. IRS doesn't care. Webull does not really care. RH has the same requirement and I just said PR. just dont claim to be a citizen.
