Sounds good! We pretty much submitted anything and everything my lawyer and us (as a couple) could think of! Now waiting to hear back, packet was delivered earlier this week 😁

I'd say get a good lawyer! My lawyer is helping me with all the aos business and it's a lot! Yes, the forms you can fill out yourself, but there's a few more other things that go into it. They know...

That's great! Make sure you have your trip planned, not sure how long your AP is going to be valid for, mine was for 4 weeks.

P.S. The "white paper" that is stapled in my passport is I-94 (proof of legal entry into U.S. And mine is valid for entire year, assuming it will take a year to adjust).

My AP was approved for one month, although I asked for 6 days (to accommodate traveling). Regarding what's the right answer, I'm not sure, my lawyer told me to tell the officer that I will adjust...

Hmm, I'm paroled until September 2016, just came back from Canada, not sure how they paroled you in for one day. However, it's still a legal entry. Talk to a lawyer!

I used it for educational purposes and received approval...
