Wait, my mother came on a b2 visa as well then overstayed. Does that mean this waiver doesn't apply to her? That she could just adjust her status while she is still in the country through my brother?...

I am going to talk to my professor about it this week, but the policy is there are no make up exams. So, yeah I doubt there is much that I can do.

I have sent mine in. I used USPS Priority mail. Live in Texas, so I sent it to the Dallas location. Collected most of the documents I needed last week, and carefully filled out the application...

What is our eligibility category? I thought it would be (c)14, but someone keeps saying (c)33. I don't even see c(33). Any help would be great.
