Those facts happen because "illegal aliens" don't have green card, social security number, and Id's. If the government passes CIR that percentage will either disappear or will switch to American...

I am sorry guys but I think we chose the wrong president, I believe if we had chosen McCain, CIR and DA would have been passed by now... If we look towards American history the best immigration bill...
