Thanks a lot! I have not received any text as of yet, although I sign with uscis to get e-mail and texts. The last time I checked uscis was at 7:00 PM today and it was still under initial review.

Same here, I used Priority mail and according to the USPS tracking sistem mine is waiting to be delivered, when in fact it was delivered on 08/18. So, don't despair I guess USPS is overwhelmed...
