Presidents dont deem anything unconstitutional, that's the supreme court's job. DACA is an executive order which he has full control of, as long as the SCOTUS doesnt deem it unconstitutional.

I don’t see them passing a bill for just one year. They might just move the DACA end date to next year if that’s the case. Which considering how everything is going, it’s probably our best option.
