Finally got approved. They really did slow down over the past 12 months... applications are now taking roughly 44 months to get reviewed. Figured I'd share the news in case anyone here is considering...

So according to the attorneys on the case, suing them in this case could make the applications move faster if you're part of the lawsuit. However, it would largely depend on when they get a court...
