When my wife did AP back in 2013 she only got one document. When we did AOS, all they asked for was a copy of the stamped passport. Aside from stamping your passport, I'm sure they scanned your...

Re: DACA to AP to AOS - husband now a U.S. RESIDENT!
I think they consider your income as long as you have been working with your real SSN (which I assume you have through DACA).

Re: DACA to AP to AOS - husband now a U.S. RESIDENT!
It all really depends on the officer interviewing you. The lady that interviewed us went through like 80 photos that my wife took of us. One by one she asked about the photo (what was the event or...

Re: How to Change Name on EAD Card After Marriage?
If you're planning on doing an AOS, you're better off waiting until you get petitioned through marriage and just put your new name in the application.

I don't think you can get a job with just an ITIN. Most places still ask you for a SSN even if it's fake or not yours.

All you need to do is go to your school's financial office to let them know and then apply for FAFSA. My wife has the same issue because she received her green card in March last year.

Re: Tuition in California Universities?
I think it varies. But for Fresno State (which is where my wife and I graduated from) it's about $6,500 a year for full-time (7+ units) and about $4,200 a year for part-time. Throw in another $1,000...

That's usually not the case since it's a state grant so money is very limited. There's many ways to go about though. If you're limited because of finances, maybe choose to attend a CSU instead of a...
