Re: Lawful Entry Marrying a USC
I would suggest talking to a lawyer. If they find out you falsely claimed to be a USC, you'll get a permanent ban. I just finished helping my wife get her green card and they did ask her in her...

DACA and I-601A approved
I’m a USC and I petitioned my wife a few years ago and we just recently went to Cuidad Juarez to finish the I-601A process. She got DACA last February as well. I just wanted to share our experience...

I can't remember what documents you need, but my wife got her Mexican passport at the Mexican Consulate in Las Vegas and they gave it to her the same day.

Re: DACA recpient getting married to USC soon
No, that' what the I-601A is for. When she goes for her interview she'll get a 10 yr. ban, but she has an approved I-601A. This waives the ban. She'll get her visa a few days later as long as she...

Re: DACA recpient getting married to USC soon
You can adjust through marriage with EWI. It's harder, but possible with an approved I-601 or a I-601A. My Wife is a EWI that got DACA and approved I-601A. She has her interview in 3 weeks.

Re: CIR significant detail
What if you transfer your earnings before CIR is passed? Do you think that matters? Or does this just affect people who get a real SS# after CIR?
