Depends on the structure of the business. LLC? Sole proprietorship? Partnership?

As for stocks, what kind of account is it held in? IRA? 401k? Custodial? Regular brokerage account?

Bear in mind, that the IRS switched processing systems in 2012 so your refund is going to take considerably longer to come in. The standard 7-8ish days is now going to take approximately 21 days.
