I'm in GA, and lenders had no problems getting me pre-approved, since my income is not too high, I was approved for $125,000 with a credit score of 745. I had the option of a conventional(5% down)...

They asked mainly for 2007 and 2008, they said the proof wasn't enough :roll: , now I sent them tax forms for every year plus other documents, just to be sure :razz:

Ok, so i finally got the RFE letter two days ago, on the 7th, and i just send it back today with more proof of residence from 2007-2012 which is what they were asking, now hopefully i'll get approved...

My brother got approved on the 13th and his EAD was sent on the 15th, we applied at the same time and biometrics were done the same day, so happy for my little bro :)

I will be trying a walk in to my Biometrics with my brother tomorrow, our appointment isn't until 12/06/2012, hopefully we will be able to get them done early :)
