Um.. They may send you a letter saying that you didn't fill the form out correctly. I'm pretty sure when you put all zeroes they go 'oh, ok, an undocumented person.'

From what I remember, the post office gives you a post card that you fill out and mail to the selective service. You don't need an ID. Put zeroes for your SSN.
