F4 category is different. Currently you have to leave, but I know there is a way you can got to court and try to fight it. Also, it is helpful to have close relatives (parents, brothers, sisters,...

YES.
I am currently waiting, however I am not covered under section 245i which at the moment once my priority date comes up I will have to leave the country.
However, if any kind of immigration...
