Re: Regret
Do I regret my parents brining me here? No. Why? Because, well, it wasn't ME who took said choice. At the time, and like many other's as me, I had no conscience as to what was going on and what the...

Re: CA Local legislators bash driver's license immigration bill
I'd much rather have the CA issued ID. Even if it says "Not valid..." for whatever reason, or has something else that distincts it from regular ID's. At least it will say CALIFORNIA at top and people...

Re: CA Local legislators bash driver's license immigration bill
Every mind is its own world, everyone thinks differently. I see your point, and what giving undocumented people "special" driving licences can signify. But then, I have to also disagree. Here's why:...

Re: CA Local legislators bash driver's license immigration bill

My parents got one for me too, I believe, a year after we came here. Which was in '93.
It was easy to get a SSN, especially for the kids, since, they would need a SSN to claim them as dependents...

Re: Gay people getting married is bad? of course not!
Well.
I don't get it. To me it seems that all these laws that ban gay marriage, combine religious ideologies. And from rumours I've heard, they're not supposed to do thaaat.
How exactly do...

I don't get why they're still on this "we won't be able to prove they've been here before the age of 16," thing.
If we can prove someone went to school 50 years ago, why can't we prove they've...
