yes he can. he can even say he has a visa and even say how he entered as long as his criminal record is good and he meets the requirements.

The name is the way you want it not what that lady wan't it to be. just make sure your name is the way you want it to be. i have not heard of anything like that though and it's not common.

walk in is the action of walking in without an appoitment. i hope that makes sense.

anyhow you can TRY walking in before your appointment and they might turn you away or let you take your bios....

you are ATTN: DACA and you put it on the envolope when mailing it out. it's in the address.

nobody knows really. but you do have to fill it out and it does not determine anything. once your DACA is approved so will your EAD. you are only getting the ead because of DACA

it really depends. but the best bet is to find a receipt, statement, bill something with your name even within 2 weeks of june 15 or even may 30. and if you really, really have nothing send those...
