Stay away from Puerto Rico and Guam for travel purposes if you don't have an approved Advanced parole or Green card.

As long as you have the approved paperwork for Deferred action USCIS usually approves EADs.

I am pretty sure that travel will be implemented but in a different form,they will most likely require that you have an approved Advanced parole documentation.Work permits come in two different...
