Don’t forget that in the current Texas lawsuit it’s MALDEF that is on the defense for DACA, not the government. The DOJ was arguing on the side of Texas to end DACA.

I paid for an attorney for the first application, then paid for the attorney to do a “proof-read” of the second. The others have been all by myself. I did pay a lot for the attorney to my I-765...

The I-944 is only in an injunction in a few north eastern states (Vermont or something). The national injunction was made more limited in scope.

You can only adjust status in the country as an adult if you have not accrued any illegal presence unless you are an immediate relative: parent of a USC adult or a spouse of a USC.

$14,000 seems extreme.

I live in Texas and have gone through a very reputable attorney for my semi-standard I-130. The attorney was recommending that I would do a 601a before I got married though...

Trump’s EO to “help us” was to make DACA last only one year and rescind the cancellation while they plan a new way to fuck us over :)
