Don’t forget that in the current Texas lawsuit it’s MALDEF that is on the defense for DACA, not the government. The DOJ was arguing on the side of Texas to end DACA.

I paid for an attorney for the first application, then paid for the attorney to do a “proof-read” of the second. The others have been all by myself. I did pay a lot for the attorney to my I-765...

It depends on the local field office where the interview is taking place. Right now it’s 8-16 months for my center.

The I-944 is only in an injunction in a few north eastern states (Vermont or something). The national injunction was made more limited in scope.

I’m paying $3000 for the I-130, I-485, I-944, plus attending the interview etc.

You can only adjust status in the country as an adult if you have not accrued any illegal presence unless you are an immediate relative: parent of a USC adult or a spouse of a USC.
