Oh by the way, from most of the shit I've gotten in the mail from Capital One, they offer poor interest rates or have annual fees. BOOOO. The last one I got though is decent so I might sign up. But I don't see a difference between CitiCard / BoA Card or an "official" credit card company such as Capital One. They are ALL still credit cards no matter what. Oh except those stupid American Express "charge" cards, where you pay the balance you owe in full at the end of the month. (But maybe it has greater rewards that I don't know about.)
EDIT #2:
I just called Citibank credit card and asked if an ITIN substitute for an SSN is okay. The lady said (and I quote) "That will be fiiiine." Anyone else need me to call any numbers? ICE perhaps to ask them if their refridgerator is running?
