Thats it, there's no card. We just called it a card. The ITIN number is on the perforated part of the letter and it has your name and number written on it. Just tear out the perforated part and keep it. You can choose to keep the rest of the letter or not.

I'd recommend that you laminate the perforated part, so it stays safe and doesn't wear down.
