I wanted to dig up this old thread because many of you are reading articles and comments about the in-state tuition provision. There was also some recent debate about dropping the in-state provision from the bill.

But this is especially for some of our younger and newer members who have to hear baseless arguments against in-state tuition and would like an effective counter argument.
