We both live in south carolina, and the illegal immigration issue is way overenforced, he would have to leave state to go to college and that is something we've been looking at, but even with his job, he helps support his family members so going out of state isn't really a good choice, but still a possibility. His only relatives that are legal are his brothers, and they are 12 and 16, and from what immigration has told me, they can't help unless they are 21 or older.
