^You're fine as long as you are working towards completing two years of school/military service or if you have already completed two years of school (military service is impossible in our current status).

No need for confusion: if you have finished two or more years of post-secondary schooling, you are eligible for DREAM (provided you've been here for at least five years and you entered before the age of 16) but you will have conditional residency for six years before the conditions are lifted and then you can proceed to PR status. If you are graduating high school or if you will just be getting into college after DREAM passes, you will have six years to get two years of post-secondary school done. You will have conditional status during this time.
