I can understand where you guys are coming from as far as holding the actual device. However, this is stating that any use at all, including bluetooth and/or speaker fone. Thats the same as talking to a passenger beside or behind you. I think as long as what you're doing is hands free, and doesnt cause an obstruction of view then you should be aloud to do it, unless you arnt trying to do mental calculus with your eyes closed. also, as juang stated, some people drive FOR A LIVING. How will one be able to contact their dispatcher or place of work? "sorry you have to pull over while your on a delivery time schedule every time you have to call ur boss or dispatcher" its just dumb. BLUE TOOTH is the answer people. We can chew gum and walk at the same time (some of us) lol.
