I have a few questions on ICE checkpoints and raids.
Lets say that I want to get from NYC to Los Angeles. I could take the Greyhound, but I heard that there are ICE raids on their buses. If I took my car - is it safe from immigration? There are no immigration checkpoints if I drive in a private car on the same route the Greyhound bus drives?


If I stay away from the borders and I take the Greyhound bus from NY to TN and from there to Utah and then to San Fransicso and then to Los Angeles (staying far from the two borders) there are also ICE raids/checkpoints there? or its safe because its far from the borders?
