In my situation it was not my grandparents that made the decision for me. It was out of my will to pursue an American identity, since the age of five I have thought of my self as an American. However, I do not hold a grudge against my parents, it was within their best interest to produce the best quality of life for their son's and daughter. Anyways, I won't get too deep, but I do not hold a grudge because all they wanted was for me to be successful in life.
