Hi bn1, Yeah, I have a BoA credit card with about a 1k cred. line. I use it on and off. All that the banker asked of me was some sort of ID and I showed him my student ID. Then, when he asked for my SSN I gave him my school ID#. Of course, it only helps if your ID# is structured like an SSN. But, it's not a real SSN cause I tried that with other banks and it didn't register as a SSN.
So, if you need a CC to help with some minor payments, try at BoA. ^^ Let me know if you encounter any sort of problems/questions.
Oh yeah, it's possible that my school ID# could be my tax #... But, I haven't checked into that.
