Great to see the Dream act resurected again but should it not also include
E2 children.The lack of a pathway for E2 visa holders inevitably mean their children have to leave the U.S. upon reaching the age of 21.
My son,Matt , for instance has lived here in the U.S.since his arrival in 1993 when he was just one year old.Now 18 and in his first year of University the time is quickly passing to when he will have to depart to a country where he can utilise his american education.
The Dream act needs to give the same opportunity to these legal kids caught up in the nightmare of the U.S. immigration.
