I'm fighting for the estimated 100,000+ E2 kids that currently lose their right to remain in the Country upon reaching 21.The fact that these kids are not mentioned in the bill concerns me greatly not least because my Son ,now nearly 19 and with 17 of those years in the U.S. needs to also benefit from the bill should it become law.
That several responses on this site claim "their" attorneys believe it would also apply to "legal" visa kids does not really quell my concerns.I have specifically posed this question with both a Senator & Congressman's office here in New Mexico,I will post their definitive responses here in due course.
