alex, do you realize that almost all college professors dont allow their students to cite anything from wikipedia? Im not saying the information on the website is wrong but its an open-dictionary and the info changes everyday. But anyways... I think DUI is a big crime. Why someone would drive drunk? One drunk person can cause so many troubles like killing a whole family and etc. I hate drunk drivers. We can live without them.
