b/c for dreamies who don't have a w-2, bank statement, or some kind of proof of legal residence some might never get in-state. @ CSN they ask for either a w-2, and a gov't issued ID. they wouldn't accept a passport, from a foreign country, they specifically told me, that even though your passport is not expired, it is not a valid form of ID, b/c it doesn't exactly prove you have been living here. NV high school students are perfectly fine, since you have your school IDs and transcripts. now with matricula's i don't know if that would work.

At least you can get it! I've been in FL for 2 years and it's impossible to get in-state, even if you graduated from a FL high school.
