Hey guys, I wanted to ask your opinion about something.

I live in Georgia, I believe it's one of the harshest states when it comes to immigration, and i was thinking about buying a moped (49cc). I have a friend that used to have one but he never got pulled over. I think if you follow the laws there is no reason you would get pulled over, you can't go that fast on a moped anyways.

The law here says:
1. Must be 15 years of age and have in their possession a valid driver's license, instructional permit or limited permit. (what's a limited permit??)
2. Must wear protective headgear.
3. No tag is required.

What would happen to me if for some reason I got pulled over? I was thinking about using it only for going to college, which is about 25 minutes away from my house. I would carry my student ID, a passport, and some kind of proof of where I live. I could get insurance under my parents' name. What do you guys think?
