Never let someone tell you something can't be done, try to work you're way around it. Let just say I was applying for something, got a letter asking for some information needed which I didn't have, called and the lady said I didn't qualify. I called the other lady which applied for me and told her what was up. She ended up calling the first lady and made sure everything went through.

Let's just say I saved a LOT of money doing that.
