I know my top choices have given out full rides to people with resumes similar to mine. Of course that is in a case by case basis, but still.

I'm also applying for colleges that aren't that good, some not very good at all (in comparison), because I feel they might value me more.

About essays, would any of you that have the file or your essay be willing to let me see it? I've only read one college essay so far, and I'd like to know what one of a dreamer looks like. I really need to get going on that.
