I was researching on 245i and found Prena's blog... (hope you don't mind me posting this)

it says she has 245i???? Then why can't she just get sponsored? She was under 21 years of age at the time right? How come she can't use her 245i...

my dad said he filed 245i and he's pending therefore I should be grandfathered under that pending application because I was 12 at the time, online lawyer's website seems to agree... I need to find a lawyer soon..
