right and that's what I was thinking... although nurses are in high demand, they have to sponsor me based on my certificate... I will pass NCLEX but have no license, no experience, and cannot work legally for the hospital. So they can sponsor me but there's no guarantee that I am good worker from their perspective... it will make things complicated..
