If you are so concerned, then go to nursing schools around the country and tell them to change their policies. Also, as far I know, nurses don't exactly diagnose people, maybe nurse practitioners, so how is someone's life going to be saved by a nurse? Anyway, one spot doesn't matter, since we give visas to nurses in other countries to come over here.
