Hey guys....

ADDITIONAL INFO REGARDING AZ NURSING: I just want to add this along with Geronimo's post on the topic.

I did further research on AZ liscensing procedure and this found that the affidavid is valid and useful, but AZ state still requires proof of citizenship along with it to apply for liscense or you will be denied if you fail to present one. The reason why Filipinos were able to do this is because they can still provide a valid visa even without an SSN....say they just migrated and have yet to apply for one because Social Security are now very strict with giving out numbers unless you have a job. Once they have the liscense, applied for a nursing job and got accepted, they can then apply for a valid SSN to use in the future. I know some hospitals are willing to sponsor their migrant nurses for a visa adjustment and in that way helps them get a green card and citizenship in the future.

I'm a bit familiar with this because I'm both a Filipino and an AZ resident. Sadly, I'm a dreamer too and I have no other hope to fulfill my dream unless the bill gets passed.

Lets hope that happens soon
