The Democratic has a problem. There are democrats against the bill too. What frustrated me the most is that the leaders are too liberal and too democratic.

Obama did not want to give the undocumented immigrants the benefit from this reform. Simply put, he tried to show fairness to those who came here legally, as well as a way to reduce the budget.

However, Democratic leaders were too liberal and too conservative with the purpose of "health care reform'. They included the undocumented into the bill and now we are hitting a big obstacle. The Democratic just lost three states this week and we cannot afford the frustration. This frustration is growing - rumor said Democrats did not want to pass the immigration reform bills because they are afraid doing so will harm their election next year 2010.

This is indeed true and we need to consider this. I am an undocumented student. I don't mind about paying an insurance plan myself. I have an insurance plan, very good one at a cheap price. I think it is because I live in NYC, we have more plans to choose. But to keep the humanity aside, what is more important is to get a legal status and work outside the shadow. We can get a legal job and earn more money. The balance is that the sooner we get a legal job, the sooner we can build our lives.

Education is an investment but we need the return. These democratics are hurting themselves not because they advocates immigration reforms, but because they simply did not follow the logic. They will blame us in the end, and delay the immigration reform if that's the case.

Obama is a wise man, but unfortunately the leaders are too democratic.
