This is exactly what is wrong with these guys in congress sometimes. What do they mean they dont want to take up another tough issue. Isn't that what they are there for? To deal with the tough issues we face as a country. Politics at its very worst as far as I'm concerned. Take a vote and let people know where you stand already!
