say you get to canada...will you be legal there? there are illegals in canada you know! you wouldn't want to be one of them. maybe what he tried to say was go back to your country....get a travel/student/work visa to Canada...get legalized there and then apply to the US (worker/student visa) as a Canadian citizen/legal resident. but it would be a long process you know and also costly. and if you become legal in Canada why come to the US?!
