Forgive me for being ignorant this time (and too tired tonight to even Google it), but WTF does Henry Cisneros have to do with Immigration Reform??? Is he included because he is Hispanic??? That is adding insult to injury. We don't want to hear that you are committed to Immigration Reform. We NEED Immigration Reform. The people behind the Dream Act have been 'committed' to it for the past 10 YEARS and they have done shit to get it passed. Talk the talk and walk the walk.
