Predictable response. Didn't say I never got asked out; young women don't even need to be pretty to get hit on/asked out. I basically just didn't socialize and dress like a girl, wear makeup and all that crap til late college... Looks matter more for girls than guys, though. I know some decent-looking nerdy guys who graduate college without having had a gf because they're shy and have no confidence.
