..a good sign?

I was researching this site http://www.thomas.gov/ and after searching Immigration Reform, I stumbled across many types of "Reforms"..I found it interesting to discover the Dream Act (number 15 on the list) was the one with the most co sponsors. Could this mean we have a good chance? ... how many licks does it take till you get to the center of the toosie pop? : P <-- ok just threw that in there for fun.
