Two things that prevent me from living there is....
1) prolly less work+ job available compared to CA here. (even less for us undocumented immigrants T_T )
2) I graduated from CA high school. So I know I won't get instate tuition there.
I really like the weather in WA and rain. Also very pretty place and nice people.
very quiet too.
Here in CA is too hot, crowded and noisy for me. I don't hate CA though, but I like cooler places >.<

Having a Washington DL in California is safer than having no DL in California, no?
I'm going back to CA to start college next semester, but I read somewhere on a college website, that if you're an out of state student, paying out of state tuition in a CA you are not required to get a CA state ID or DL. So I think I'd feel safer driving around with my WA state license back home.
But you're right about job availability, from what I've seen since I've been here, it seems a bit tough to get hired anywhere, but as always, if you know the right people it's not impossible. You wouldn't believe how many people are actually undocumented. We're everywhere, lol.
And even though you graduated from a CA high school, you'd still be able to get in state tuition in WA, but only after residing there for 3 years, that's what I read on the Bellevue Community College website.
Also, I know what you mean about the weather, it's so nice and fresh up here, compared to CA, but since I grew up in CA. I'm easily depressed, theres no sun up here! lol, always cloudy and rainy is nice, but after a while I start to miss home.
