They can't they would either have to get rid of 14th amendment (which wont happen mainly b/c it requires 2/3s of both houses and 3/4 of all states) or have the 100% pro immigrant supreme court rule that 14th amendement doesnt apply to children of undocumented immigrants

Also supreme court ruled some time ago that legislature has no right to remove anyone's citizenship, and state govts have no power whatsoever when it comes to citizenship stuff, if this shit keeps up I can't wait to see the army pointing guns in direction of arizona. .
