I'd say Guittirez hit the nail on the head. I just wish he would have mentioned the Department of Defence as a reason to attach the DREAM Act to the Defense authorization bill.

I especially love his comment at the very end of having a "potential 1 million troops to add to our Armed Forces as a way of service to the country"

Good way of sending positive message to republicans even though he said "We do not need a single one."
