How they have aligned themselves with Judges so instead of giving teenagers and other people probation for first time offenses they give them jail time. Once their in the system, the prison does not let them out because they are making money out of them, they extend their jail time for anything they do wrong in there. A guys sentence was extended from 4 months to 18 months because he talked back to corrections officers. It just seems logical that they would attack immigrants, since we are the most defenseless.
