Here is my opinion guys. Not trying to sound very excited but Pelosi has said this in the past: the house will only vote on immigration if the senate could pass it.

from my understanding, it's very likely that Pelosi will brinf up Dream Act as a stand alone bill. In the Senate, if 59 Democrats could unite + Dick Lugar (R-IN.) could vote to break the filibuster, I'm sure Dream Act will pass because we have more than 50 solid yes votes for Dream Act.
